Return Policy

At Aeroarca, we love our customers and want you to enjoy your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don’t like. We understand the challenges of online shopping, and we are committed to providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth shopping experience every time.


Return & Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 14 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:

  • The item shows no visible signs of damage.
  • All original packaging is intact (and all tags must be attached).
  • Any signs of damage will void the Aeroarca guarantee.

Clothing items cannot be returned if they have been worn or if the tags have been removed.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days of purchase.


Completing Your Return

To process your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation email) with your order number.

For returns or exchanges, please contact us at info@aeroarca.com and include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will handle your request in accordance with the policy outlined here.


Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the same process as above by emailing info@aeroarca.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of a damaged item, you will still be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for refunds to be processed by your financial institution. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us at info@aeroarca.com to investigate further.
